Respected sir/ Madam our neighbour house constructing new house and throwing all dust towards our house please take an action...

My house construction is given for contract. And he gave Grihapravesham date 23 nov 2012 we did pooja with partally compeleted house and it is not stayable. Afterthat he is not completing the house, and not picking the call. If he pick also he say some reason.

And we consulated police, they are telling we take civil action it will prolong years, during this time we cannot occupy and house depreciation is more.
