1) we gave contract for 4 floor construction in aug 2019 and till date 11 months up they have not even done ground floor
2) we have been continuously asking to provide us with payment schedule which is as per the nationalized bank (The way they demand the payment as per the progress of the site), but no one has got back to us and keep asking...

I have approached housejoy.in for some painting job. There team visited at my place. After negotiation deal has closed at 40 thousand. They asked me for advance and given their paytm number. I transfeered money on 20th of august to jitender singh inr 5000. Again on 21st of august they asked me that they need to buy material and requested for transfer of 5000 more. I have transfeered 4000. So till 21st i have transferred total inr 9000. Housejoy...

Housejoy themselves approached me for drainage clearing solution. They themselve registered request and schedule plumber for service. I raised a request before 1 day through app that i am not able to see request in my order section. No mail generated however it was showing that request submitted. The purpose of informing this issue to them is that i want to apply discount coupen of 1st service. I did not receive any reply. Next day plumber...

It's not at all good for any services. I thought of encouraging online services took service for the 1st time for my ac the technicians came and said prob with gas so they filled the gas and kept some water in the ac as well after two days ac got completly stopped they came and said it's motherboard problem after 3days again it got stopped after giving complaint many times now they are telling it's coil prob should change the coil to copper....
