Respected sir,

1. I sent complaint to human rights commission of karnataka, bangalore for non receipt fees refund from royalacademy for technical education, bangalore for more than one and half year to my son, on 02 oct 09.

2. The hrc gave a letter to me no hrc/6448/09 dated
03 nov 09 intimated that the case is under investigation. Till date three months already passed fees refund has not yet been received...
