All the customer care numbers of IDP and of states aren't responding to any the calls. This is my last hope. I registered for IELTS through online portal of ieltsidpindia.com but the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted. Contacted the bank and said the transaction was successful. But I haven't received any confirmation or any improvements in the IELTS registration.

Kindly provide a solution rather than any more...

1..speaking test when your examiners ask question its too fast to listen perfectly, ( the first word how, when, what, why is always missed, they do not wait untill our sentences get stop, before that they start new question)

2.. I am complaining from gujarat - rajkot city, where many of studens had t noticed very strict, rude and over - professional behavior .. i want to ask why ?? be close to the students at least smiley behavior...
