I have purchased one week -TIME SHARE in IGGI RESORT, Kodaikanal during 1999-10 by paying about ₹45, 000/- I have utilised my week for 4-5 times. After that the resort was taken over by J’s Residency and was running as J’s Park Residency. But they have also sold the resort to some other people the details of which are not available. Can anyone help me to get the present situation and help to get back my money invested in this please....

I Parag Kishorbhai Ajmera had invested money for their OOTY resort (their reference OOTY[protected]C property) for Rs. 59055/- in 1995 vide their confirmation voucher No. 17727 17/12/97 and consumer No. KOD[protected]D. but soon their company disappeared and no news from their end. Now pl let us know is anybody have any contact or details about the company, wants to get back my money....

I invested 6 Lakhs in this company buying resorts at eight different destinations.
Being a public limited company I had faith in it.
It appears they have sold the resort to other company and disappeared.
