FRAUD cheating students

hi i am joined in IMFIS TECHNOLOGIES.i joined in embedded course.
they are cheating all the students. they are telling them as a ""tie-up with some companies"".
but they do not make any job offers for the students.
they asking 27,500 rupees(with tax).
they not even teaching. no staff for teaching embedded.
there is no kit for practical working and knowledge.
so...
