I had ordered the above combo on 22/05/2022 vide order no.1732730 - however they have not delivered the item - not only that they are not responding to my frequent calls and emails...

I have never seen such a pathetic and rude, misbehaving customer service. I ordered cake for my hubby's birthday and selected mid night delivered which was not done and when I called them next day morning, one agent (AKASH) hung up on me and was speaking very rude to me, then again I called for the second time, one lady picked up and she said the same that I selected the same day mid night delivered, common why would I do that, I selected...
