Refund needed

I am a frequent user of India Stage but I came across with a very bad experience through your site I was allowed to book for a play which had already been over a day before I had made the booking. I have registered two complains with the site's customer care but has received no response. ORDER ID : 347031 Order Date : 18th Jan, 2015 I would request you to refund my money paid for the tickets to my credit card....

Dear Sir,
This is to lodge a complaint relating to non refund of show ticket worth INR 6000. I, Jayanta Kumar Ghosh purchased two tickets for Show ‘Shaam E Gazal’ worth INR 6000 on 14.02.2014. On the appointed date fixed for the show on 16.02.2014, I was informed by the organizer through mail that the show was postponed and reschedule date will be announced by evening. Money not refunded for cancelled show

Even after more than one and half month, and repeated calls to their customer care number +[protected], Indianstage.in have not refunded the money for the cancelled show of Krishan vs Kanhaiya by Paresh Rawal at Pune of 1st Oct. I would suggest not to make use of Indianstage.in services.

Money debited but service not provided

I opted for online ticket booking for jagjit singh concert on[protected] at science city auditorium in kolkata. The online transaction was carried on by ccavenues.
