Fraud in weight reduction
I have joined Inspirations Jaynagar on dec 2008 i was taking sessions around 8 months but not even 1 kg reduced. I have paid 22,000/- for 5 kg weight loss and 5 tummy tucks. after taking 5 tummy tucks my belly is not reduced even an inch. machines are not proper. Dietitian keep changing. Heat session machine had burt my skin and i got a burnt mark.Because of that i dont want to continue and i asked for the refund but they are not ready...

15-Month Gym membership and the abrupt shutdown of the Gym facility before completion of the 15-month period
On 22-NOV-2008, I have purchased a 15-month package of Gym facility at a cost of Rupees Ten thousand One Hundred and Thirteen (Rs.10, 113/-) from the JP Nagar (Bangalore) branch of Inspirations (http://www.inspirations.in). On 30-APR-2009, Inspirations had shutdown their gym facility in J.P. Nagar by putting a notice on the gym saying that ‘Today is the last working day of the gym’.
