Not able to register in e filing ( first, middle and surname not matching)
MY NAME IS VEPURI SANYASI RAO & PAN NO IS AESPN6774J.
I WANT TO REGISTER MYSELF AT INCOME TAX INDIA E-FILLING. BUT THE FORM ASKS FOR DETAILS LIKE MY SURNAME AND DATE OF BIRTH E.T.C.. WHEN I GIVE MY SURNAME AND CORRECT DATE OF BIRTH AND PAN NUMBER IT GIVES ME A WRONG NAME ERROR THAT FIRST NAME, SURNAME & MIDDLE NAME IS NOT MATCHING. WHILE FILING IT RETURN THE FIRST & MIDDLE NAME DOESN'T MATCH MESSAGE COMES, AND DOESN'T ALLOW TO REGISTER AND FILE RETURN

I am facing a very wide problem. I am not able to register on the e-filling website. After i enter my PAN, it displays my Adress and asks for details like password, name, father’s name, etc.
the name on my PAN card is “G V V S S S NAGESWARA RAO”
I tried all combinations of my first, last, middle name but it always gives me below error
