Please beware that this company is being used by scam people by a person with a fake romantic profile from a dating website, he will even go on skype to chat in person so that you would trust him. He will tell you he sent you:

Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I have recieved a mail from microsoft that my email has won a prize and they have directed me to pay the parcel delivery fee to jestar courier company.
Now your company has sent me a mail to pay 325 pound to you via western union.
Now i want to know that have really sent me this type of mail or somebody is joking with me.
