Jio Selfcare Recharge Services Complaints & Reviews

I had recharged my jio number [protected] of Rs. 181 by mistake and after that same time I do another recharge of Rs.155, I had sended so many emails to jio but still not getting any response from jio customer care side. My Jio recharge will expire with in 2 days and Please refund the amount. Please resolve immediately.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 179 rs plan 1GB per day on 6th of december 2021. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.179 (179 plan- 1GB per day) I didn't note down as it showed recharge successful. Please refund the amount. Please resolve immediately.
