I have pay upi payment sucess but after transcantion fail coming but amount debit how to slove my problem...

I, Mounika Chevuru was a M. Tech 2017 passout from Audisankara Engineering College, Gudur & I have applied and paid Rs3500/- for my OD by online on 3rd Aug 2021. Till now, I didn't get it and it is showing same status on the dashboard since 2 months.

My friend who applied 2 weeks back she got that certificate, but still mine is pending.
