Iam applied for Original degree(OD) on 29th of Nov 2022.The university takes its time to delivery by our adress approximately 45 days, Still iam not getting my OD on residence adress by delivery...

HI, Actually I had applied for the original degree ( Roll No: 16BQ1A04C0)and had done the payment 3500 via UPI transaction but it is still showing payment pending but money was deducted from my bank account please refer the attachment for the payment proof .Due to this I am unable to proceed to the next steps and upload documents. I have contacted the help desk multiple times but there is no response. I am in urgent need of My OD please look...

I had applied for the OD(Rool NO:14761A0123) and had done the payment but still showing payment pending but money was deucted from my bank account.Due to this iam unable to upload documents.I have contacted the help desk many times but no one responded. It's urgent for my OD to submit in other college.Please look into this matter and solve this issue ASAP....
