Every time I have to order for a new gas cylinder at the Kankariya gas agency, they never pick up the phone until you have tried atleast 4-5 times, besides the lady who answers the call is highly rude & has a dont-care attitude.
I once visited this agency and I observed that that the desk phone of the lady who takes phone orders for cylinder refills, was put off the hook and she was having a nice chat with the ladies around.br...

Refilling of Gas Cylinder
Dear Sir,
For refilling of gas cylinder the company has given the phone No.[protected] Which is always Busy. Other phone nubers are[protected] and[protected] are also remain busy for long time or there is no response. However by chance if I get the line I am asked to dial No.[protected] Which is always Busy. My wife wastes almost half a day for getting connected to the agency every time.
TODAY[protected] I WAS TRYING...
