Kapil's is one most pathetic saloon i have visited. To start with firstly the desk staff lies to customer on services.

I coloured my hair at home and visited there Kandivali Saloon for hair wash and hair cut desk staff response was go home wash your hair and than come back.

This was really rude and unprofessional response. Than on asking the reason the lady said that reaction might occur. Than asking what reactions...

This is regarding GK keratin treatment . I got that done on 31st dec 2015. it has been only 14 days and the treatment has not given any effect on my hair. They said it will last for 3 months but it was not there for even a week..and it cost me around 10, 000. My hair is same as that it was..i was a great fan of Kapils Salon .. but after this treatment it has disappointed me and i have very bad review for Kapils Salon .. when i went...

This is rekha govindan i had done a hair color on 4/12/2010 they have promised for grey hair that the color would stay for atleast 6 months as there was a color gaurantee for gray hair covering ....but within 2 weeks the the grey hair started to be visible from roots ....then again i went to kapils salon ....they told me for the first instance i have to touch up once and then it would be ok ....but agin the same...
