I have ordered one saree of cost 399 on 30 Aug 2020. Then I got confirmation mail and another mail on 31 Aug 2020 showing order is dispatched. But it didn't provide any tracking details. And I didn't receive the product till now. They haven't provide any information to contact them. Atleast I need my money back....

I had order saree online and done with with payment too. Now i just got mail on 27 August about it dispatch. Till date i have not received also not able to track it. Kindly share me details or refund my money....

I ordered on 6sep 2020 but till date i have not received any payment or confirmation for payment and also i cakled the no. which provided they said your order hasbeen cancelled and it will be refund you have to send the money from your upi then all fund will be refund kindly take action other wise i m compaling aganist you to crime branch regarding fraud transction....
