Dear All, Don’t buy apartments from keerthi estates builder, it is really a pain taking journey to get the work done from the site engineers, there is absolutely no cooperation once the flat is sold to customer, they will change the plans according to their needs, forget the plan which they communicate during buying, request you to don’t put your hard earned money and waste time post purchase, this is purely my advise to buyer community. Keerthi is the worst builders ever.apart from delaying the possession over a year, the quality of construction is also worst.the labourers are notskilled and do not know any knowledge of wat they do.they come with lot of legal land issues as well.even for fixing their mistakes, they show step mom attitude.i would never recommend this buildrr to anyone....

I reside in one of the spacious 3 BHK - DUPLEX Apartments of keerthi estates . After some initial glitch the Builder has really gave his best ( still providing) efforts to make the project one of the best in the Marathalli / Bellandur and Wind tunnel road area. After completing all work ( which is just couple of weeks time-line from now ) , would be undoubtedly a good investment because of the small (72 Flats ) community with amenities like...

I have seen one of the worst builder in my life is keerthi estates.He promises of delevriing his project for 1 and half year when ever you meet him.

I was litrely cheated by builder . he dont have a confidence and how to talk with customers. i suggest to not purchase richmond villas at any cost. If you want you can burn ur money atleast but dont put in that company project in hyderabad.
