Kochi Metro Rail Ltd Complaints & Reviews

While scanning my mobile at metro entry, one of the security staff of KOCHIN METRO (EDAPALLY JUNCTION) forcefully tried to take my phone and my phones display had been broked. I need to get the compensation to get my phone repaired. I also filed a complaint at EDAPALLI METRO HELPDESK by there response was that they are not responsible for the incident happend to me.

I had taken a trip pass back in november. Trip pass is a new introduction and i am sure it would have been much welcomed among the regular trip takers. I had also bought 60 trips valid for 60 days on nov 6th 2018. I was asked to renew the trips before 6th of jan 2019 so that the trips i bought don't expire.
