Kokilaben Ambani Hospital Complaints & Reviews

My mother has been in icu for head injury last 3 days. She is supposedly being taken care of by neurolgist dr. Anu agarwal. The hospital bill also records dr. Agarwal's daily visits. Except that these visits are being done by assistant doctors.

My question is what will a patient brought to your hospital under emergency circumstances have to do to get the presiding doctor to attend to her? Does dr. Agarwal indeed work here?...

My father Mr.Hasmukh.Mansukh.Shah (patient Id KH [protected]) was admitted on 9th april in Kokilaben Ambani Hospital (andheri west in mumbai ) under nephrologist doctor shruti.tapiawala and only got discharged on 29th april ( 20DAYS ) when he expired on 1st may morning.
