I completely agree with all of you. Kst is making fool o[censored]s. He has siphoned off the money of this project and has no intention to complete the project as he is left with no money. We all shoul collectly chalk out a plan to take on the builder because it is diffcult for an indivdual to fight against the corrupt builder. We should look for legal options as way forward.

I have booked Shop in Shopping acherde KST infrastructure Faridabad sec 87 in May 2013. Till date project not start. 25% payment for the project has been done. I am sending e mail / letters to their directors but no reply received. They are adding new projects but not even single project is completed by them till date. Dear all,
I also have booked 2+1 BHK flat in 2006 and have paid allmost 70% amount till now. Last month I have visited at site but there is no progress. M/s KST Infrasture was supposed to handover position of flats to their customers / Investors within 36months
from the date of booking, but after completion of 72months still they are not in position to handover the flats. To see pogress at site and manpower involvement...

I have booked 3BHK Flat with KST Infrastructure many years back. According to the Agreement I was suppose to get the possession of the Flat in 3 years. But till date only half the construction has been done and it seems that possesion of the Flat is not possible for next 2years also ,seeing the progress..
KST is totally a non comitted builder and no help to the customers is done to get out of this problem.
