I paid Rs 11000/ advance six days before engagement function date 27-01-22 for Garlands, Signboard, Stage decoration, Diwan etc. Four days before the function date i have cancelled the order due to covid, as the function was called off. The flower decorator refuse to return even part amount as a refund and said all money given by me was paid as advance to vendors. Made several requests but no response from the vendor on the part refund...

I paid an advance of Rs 11000 to the florist for supplying garlands, sign board, stage decoration, Diwan etc. The advance was paid six days before the engagement function date 27-01-22. I have cancelled the order four days in advance, since the function was called off due to covid. The florist refuse refund even part of the amount and said all the money was spent by paying advance to vendors. Several remainders were give but no positive response...
