i m writing this complaint on behalf of a poor lady and her name is Aarti pal. she lost her certificate and doesnot have any registration number nor does she has certificate number being uneducated she never had done xerox of the certificate. from past one year we are trying to get a duplicate certificate but no vail.this kvp was done with Beadon Street post office Kolkata. i request u to d something to help in resolving the...
