I have been complaint 4 time on your toll free no. but they are not attend complaint single one.
My complaint is
1. telephone Key number 1,2,3 not proper work. ( complaint no[protected]
2. receiver cable not work properly ( complaint no[protected]
3.Telephone caller ID display not shows 10 digit of telephone no. ( complaint no[protected] Remark: Executive ask for same complaint...

I HAVE SUBMITTED A APPLICATION FOR CLOSURE OF MY LANDLINE PHONE NO. 27520763 ON[protected] WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AT THEIR CUSTOMER CENTER WHICH ACKNOWLEDGED BY THEM BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE NITHER CLOSED MY NOR TAKEN ANY ACTION TILL DATE AND SENDING UNNECESSARY MOTHLY BILLS WHICH IS NOT PAYABLE AND NOT SENDING MY DUES. KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM . I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THEIR COMPLAINT OFFICER MR. SUTARIA AND OTHERS BUT NO...

telephone instrument not working(dead).already complaint on8.08.2011 & online complaint provided to me is 1949380 not solved till date i.e.04.09.2011...

1. i am a frustrated customer of yours. My landline Phone instrument is not working since three months as a result i am unable to use the outgoing and incoming facility for the same. However the Broadband is working fine.
2. i have been lodging my complaint through 1500 many times.you can kindly check the records. but unfortunately everytime i get a complaint that the docket no is closed without anyone attending...

This is to inform you that from the last two days my phone is out of order[protected]. The reason for it is that we are unable to charge the battery.

My mother is a heart patient and we need to contact with the Doctor anytime, so it is becoming impossible for us to contact with the Doctor as because our phone is dead

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that my landline phone is again not working. There is some problem through exchange due to which my number does not work after every 15 days or so.

Problem is that I am able to do outgoing calls, but when somebody calls i am not able to trace the call, as phone does not ring. Person who calls is not able to listen the ring going, because phone does not ring.

mera phone no.[protected] hai. aaj se lagbhag 15-20 dino se band hai or line man ko phone kar ke bolte hain to koi santosh janak jawab nahi mila.line man to laraei jagre par utar aate hain or phone katwa lene ki dhamaki dete hain bolte hain ki ham se aap ka phone no. shahi nahi hoga aap ko jo karna hai kar lo.
