L&T ECC have built a residential township called South City Apartments on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. They have mentioned that the entire area on the township is 34 acres and recently relinquished 12 acres to the local municipal corporation thereby cheating all the people who have spent their life long savings in this apartment complex. Shame on them for doing such things to a common man. Nowhere in the sale agreement it is mentioned...

L&T eventhough it is a big construction company, they don't have any respect to their customers. At every opportunity they are trying to chea their customers in collusion with the land owner and government departments like BBMP, BDA.
They used their money power to bring down the compound wall of L&T South city once they claimed it has gated comunity with exclusive park and roads ( as per the sales persons and sale deed)....
