I ordered Logitech C310 HD Webcam on 7/6/2020 from https://ltonlinestore.in but till now didn't receive the camera till now. I have requested a refund many times but there is no response from the website. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

I placed an order for canon ink cartridge on 01/02/2021. Product not shipped even after ten days. I contacted them by phone and email but they are not responding. I requested them to refund my money....

I ordered a webcam camera logitech c922 pro stream full hd camera for 9000 and paid full payment through credit card.
Payment shows successful and also deducted from account
Order is not dispatched yet
Once i was able to talk to customer care. I was told that it would be dispatched next week
But didn't happen and further no-one takes calls on customer care
Email replies are always preset like it will be...

I purchased a webcam on 16 June 2020
But not shipped and delivered till today
No-one takes the calls

But no action taken and no refund
