Dear Sir,
My inverter from luminous company product. In the time i have a complaint from my Inverter. My invertr's ELECTRONIC UNIT (BOARD) was complaint. I m ready to change that board. What can i do? Can u pleace give me an advice? I hope u respond me back.

I have a 800 VA inverter. It developed some malfunction. I went to their "Thapar Nagar, Meerut Service center". Their I am told that,"ITS CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME" Their local Manager also did not help.
I than contacted your Delhi office on Ph.[protected] and talked to your Service Manager Ms. Sushma. She also did not help.
