This people are nothing but a fraudster. I payed 20k in advance and they told me to shift next month . I called them multiple times to shift and after a while they picked my call and said the owner is out of town and he want to give the keys in person so i said okay and when the time came i called them again and they said to come to their office and guess what they told me that the builder& the owner have some problem so he told me to shift...

These maha laxmi associates peopel are fraud people, i have made a booking with 5000 rupee advance in october with a bill attached and have a word with raman that if in case i'll not join the company there they will return my money and raman asked me to tell about the same within 10 days so i have informed him after 3 4 days only asked him to return the money but its 6 months now and i have not got my money back....
