While trying to find a PG accommodation for my daughter, they came across a contact called Anurag Mishra who has a PG as per makaan.com and connected with me as i have registered for PG in Chembur. There is a fake property by the name Divya PG in lower parel mumbai which as per makaan.com is very good for pg purpose. On contacting them they instead of showing property to the people ask you to pay 1500 for visitor pass and did not give any detail about the whereabouts of the property and asking why they are not shared the pass, asked for inr 8000 more for registration.
