PF number provided by the company is invalid and is not recognized by EPFO

Hi,
I was an employee in Manhattan associates from Jan 2006 to April 2006.
I was given a PF number as below. But to my shock when I applied for PF transfer from this account or try to retrieve statement for this account I get invalid account message. I am assuming this is a non existing PF account they have assigned to my name. I tried to contact the Manhattan HR team but never hot any response. Please help.

Submitted for PF transfer on 16th May, 2013.
Current PF account details:
My PF account number at Manhattan Associates (Current Employer): KN/35304/2472
The previous PF accumulation has not yet been deposited to my current account.
Please do the needful.

PF withdrawal delay
Hello sir,
I was an employee of Manhattan Associates Pvt. Ltd. , Bangalore.
I quit my job on 12th June 2009.
I had applied for PF withdrawal in 29 september 2009 in the KR PURAM branch in Bangalore.
It is more than 4 months and i have still not got my PF reimbursement.
I am currently in Kerala. When i call to know the status of my claim at the designated telephone no.
Noone picks the call and even...
