Very delay in gas delivery

Respected sir,
I (Sanjeev kumar) have booked my gas refill on dated 1/3/12 under docket no. 5 against my gas consumer no. Mt-1331 at mata sheeta gas agency, delhi road, gurgaon. But we haven't received my gas refill till to-day.
Kindly look into the matter and deliver gas refill to our address as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful for the act of kindness.
