i have ordered rebook shoe and paid the amount thru credit card. the web shows that your order has confirmed and despatch status of preparing to ship. but no updation received from them also no reply for my mail also which we sent to them for cancellation of order. tried their customer care no many times but no one pick the call. request you to advise...
