I cancelled my order on 15 may but still now i didn't received my refund...

I have placed an order of xolo q1011 charger from this site. After few days they refunded me back the money in their wallet and when i am trying to refund it back to my bank, they are showing errors. Please look into this asap. This is a scam. May be they are using this money to fund terrorist organization. Please do the needful to stop these people to steal money like this....
