This is regarding a fraud company named metro inn which operates hostel/ pg accommodation in chennai. This metro inn does not cater to its customers in a professional manner more over their customer support contact i. E cristie who uses foul language to its customers.
They have a very unprofessional practice of not refunding the security amount to they customers who are vacating the accommodation.
They also deny proving details...

The PG here charges 15000rs per month.They charge for AC, But the AC is under repair for 3 months.they asked me to relocate to place where it is worst than the present.when i refused and asked to refund my deposit.they refuse to pay.There is no maintaince of PG.i had emailed them the issue.they replied me back saying the issue is rectified even though the problem has never been attended.they behave purely unprofessional...
