I booked a home blood test with this company. I did an online payment. After which they first refused service and when I complained they said they have lost my blood sample. They keep promising me a refund, I provided them with all my bank details and yet they still haven’t given me a refund. They keep lying and are not giving me my money back....

My wife had done 1st Thyroid Report in the Month of Sep 2016 in which her TSH level as per Metrolpis Report was 0.004 which is very dangerous condition.

and her 2nd report in the month of Feb Level was 2.08

which is clear indication of mistakes in the two reports. this is due to lake of care and caution in doing job on the part of metroplis....
