Non Payment of Hotel Bookings

In 2011 Mevad Tourism, Surat, Gujarat send many bookings to our Hotel Hadimba Palace, Manali. He paid for some bookings and not paid many bookings. 10 times in 3 years I went to Surat for asking about our payments of Rs.1, 40, 000 but every time he has new excuses. I am fed up now but don't know how can I get my money ? My friends told me about complaining to this Forum. I had already spent about Rs. 50, 000 in visiting his office.. I have...

Mevad Tourism Mr. Ravi Mehta (Contact no [protected]) is a cheater. We had told him to arrange our tour of ooty and kodaikanal and we had made entire payment of Rs. 54000 to this guy for booking hotels and arranging our tickets. after arriving at Ooty we came to know that this guy has not made any payment to hotel and we had to make payment to hotels same thing happened in kodaikanal also............he is a big cheat.........now he is refusing...
