Even govt, engaged special police for PVRs only everywhere, but still Mumbai, Mumbra, Police are not sending the PP PVRs until they don't get bribe, for each application they need 100-500 Rs, and all the seniors are just became blind, even on the net complaint, there is no any change, so even top ranks offices are not interested to stop the corruption, just like government are not paying salaries, if that salaries not enough then they must...
