Expired Cake sold to me after 5 days of expiry date

Details of the complaint:
This weekend (9th april 2010) apart from my regular purchases, I also bought a BREADKRAFT WALNUT CAKE. My wife and kids consumed the cake after going home unaware of the fact that the EXPIRY DATE for the cake was 4th april 2010. They immediately started complaining of stomach ache and vomiting. We had to call a doctor who diagnosed the case to be of ‘Food Poisoning’ because of eating the expired...
