Non delivery of LPG Cylinders

I want to register a complaint against Bhaskar Gas Agency, Piyoli Phukan Road, Guwahati. I am not able to recieve my LPG Cylinders on time. The delivery time from the date of booking is 21 days, but i haven't recieved my cylinder even after 45 days. Infact this is a common scenario with this distributor. non delivery of refilled gas

Sir,
Without finding any other alternatives, I have been compelled to lodge this complaint that my service provider is not delivering my gas to my home, inspite of my several requests. Mention may be made that I received my last gas (home delivery service) on 03/10/08, subsiquently they did not accept my request for registering my subsequent booking until the elaple of 21 days, though there is no black and white notice for the same...
