Dear sir/madam, i had paid for a property in mira road to a builder - m/s square arch infra (Mira road) in october 12. I paid advance payment for the property in cheques and the remaining is to be paid after completion of project. However, the builder has not provided a final date of completion of project and is now not ready to register the property.
