Dear Concern,
This is very disappointing that i have not received any revert from your end.
almost 3 days already spent and i had tried lot of time to connect with you on your mobile number [protected] but nobody respond me on that.
i had explain you thru the mail that i had booked the ticket from the neeta bus traveler on 19.10.15 at 1:00 p.m when i had reached the bus stop neeta bus concern...

Bus, highly priced, yet ...Late by 3 hours without prior intimation

I Had booked two bus tickets of neeta bus from satara to mumbai for 15th Sept 2013 .... Ticket fair 1730 !!!! more that double the normal charge would be.... Already extremely highpriced for the distance travellled..... We were on time... At 5.30pm Waiting for the bus... Then after 15mins we called up the kolhapur centre n they informed us that the bus hasnt even reached kolhapur (Kolhapur is appx 2 n ahlf hours from satara)!!! The person...

2 and half hours late without intimation when the tickets are so highly priced

Neeta's online refund Process is worst in the world..I'd cancelled two of my tickets more than two months ago, and I’m still waiting for my money. I’m calling the customer care daily, they say that they will come back to me soon on this, but they never call back.
PS: Tell me directly, are you willing to refund my money or not!ideally I should be asking for compensation for this, but all I’m waiting for just...
