1. We have paid a lump sum amount for stem cell treatment. The accountant simply gave the receipt but never cared to write the purpose of the receipt of the money. On insisting by me, she wrote the purpose as "Stem Cell Treatment".
2. There is no responsible nursing staff to take care of the patient. Some of the people in the front desk at nursing station seemed...
