I was the employee of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. I resigned from there by 28/dec/2009. After few months i applied from PF withdraw and send all the essential papers to Delhi PF office. After few days all the papers were returned to me with the comments that photo copy of Bank PassBook is required for address verification. In response to the same i sent my cross cheque on which address of Bank Branch was...

Not providing ASR after leaving Job
Dear Concerned,
I was Employed in Newgen Software Technologies LTD, Newdelhi.
They have a component in Salary named ASR(Annual Service Reward) .which is around 3330 Rs. per month.(40000 Rs Yearly)
After 7 months Newgen has removed this component from salary structure.
but for the 7 months Newgen has already cut this amount from my salary.
Now the total amount is 23330 Rs.
