Im writting them mails continously but there is no reply from them ... First they use to reply but now they r not responding my mails ... Even i call dem from far away africa .. They take call n say to cal me in morning bcoz they r at home n all what the hell is this...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
