ello All,
Even I am a victim of buying a flat at Niranjan Genesis. The 3 brothers in management Abhinash Ashrit and Akshya are the 3 monkeys who obly know how to give bloody excuses and make ur life worse.
If somebody is reading this review before buying then please come to the apartment and take the feedback of other customers.
A dream home should not be ur nightmare like me....

very unprofessional and shoddy work

Guys, please DONT EVER EVER buy an apartment in Niranjan Central or any Niranjan Developers' constructed buildings. The builder is extremely hard to get hold of once you make the payment and the construction is very shoddy and disappointing considering you paying to buy the apartment. He had promised to get a gym and the pool set up but nothing has happened till date and its been over 3 years now....
