Not clearing the dues of employees leaving the company
I had worked in Nodai Seeds India Private Limited as Area Sales Manager in Gujrat and Rajasthan and left the company last year in the month of September08. Till date company has not clear my dues including salary, LTA, Medical reimbursement and expenses made for the company traveling during my stay in the company. Not Issuing of Form 16 by previous employer
I resigned from Nodai Seeds India Private Limited, 32 Mile Stone, NH-8, Mandeep Estate, Behrampur Road, Gurgaon, Haryana on September 13, 2008. I requested to to issue of Form 16 (April -08-September 2008) but the previous employer has refused to issue the same. Now, I need my Form 16 to file my income tax return before June 30, 2009. Please advised what to do?
