i m anu from merrut n i have purchased a nokia 3500 classic on 15 august 2008.an now i am having a problem with my set which is under guarantee period till now.
Its handsfree pin is not working properly.
i had gone to customer care centre, but they did'nt pay heed towards my problem, rather they ill treated me by not listening to me properly.They were saying that i have to deposit my set with them for atleast minimum 20...

I have a cell phone Branded NOKIA 3500 Classic since February 2008 having warranty period of one year from the date of purchase. On 5th aug 2008 suddenly the LCD of that phone becomes black without any physical damage, immediately with warranty papers i went to the nearest NOKIA service Station.

By seeing the cell phone from outside they responded that it is a chargeable repair. When i asked...
