Nr Buildcon Complaints & Reviews

I had booked a plot with n r buildcon for their manesar property in march 2006 and had paid rs 4, 82, 120. However the company wrapped up and what i had heard that the proprietor was also jailed. My repeated attempts to connect with the company failed. I lodged a complain with the economic offence wing in july 2008, however got no updates. After that i went abroad and effectively could not followup. Need your assistance to get my refund....

I had deposited Rs. 14 Lacs with NR Buildcon for their project in Gurgaon, later transferred to their project in Gaziabad. On persistent pursuasion they issued took receipts back and issued two cheques which got bounced and I got to know that these were from closed account of an employee.
Is anyone aware of whereabouts of the NR Buildcon or its owner NK Jain.

This is in reference of an amount of Rs. 315000/- paid to NR Buildcon Private Limited on 07/04/2006 in respect of their project coming at Ghaziabad Highway.

It has been more than two years and I have not got a single paisa out from my hard earned money given to NR Buildcon after my repeated requests to them that i am in finanacial trouble.I have invested 05 Laks in the Plot in manesar.

I am writing this in wake of any hope if there is for a person who has invested all his life's earned money for a small house and has been cheated for the same.

Yes , it seems NR Buildcon is a fraud company , I also booked a plot at Manesar with them since 01 Apr 2006 and as on today 10/12/2007 , they have not given the allotment , however they are now suggesting to shift the investment to their another project in Gaziabaad , which itself explains that they are not genuine ..
