Yesterday 21/6/18 in vadapalani branch as a member i went for spa which i had spa coupon but they are collecting the coupon and charging rs2850/- i dont know why when i asked them they are not giving proper reply, the club should take action against them otherwise hereafter there will deep decrease in members and there will be no members will join in future...

Hi, this is just to creat awareness, any have i will proceed legally next week, during membership they committed for something, now they are not providing accomodation in that place, please not take any membership in NRS ROYAL club Hyderabad or Chennai..please don't trap in NRS agents, none of them will take responsible, will post you the updates, please don't trust them, if anybody lost anything let me know i wil help you for recovery....

One of your manager given us wrong commitment. So we have escalated this to HR level.
There is even no proper responses from HR end. So We want to bring this to your knowledge, I request you to take strong action on that person.

Dec 2015 i had taken grande perimum at 30000/- they told me 25 stay coupons with 4o days r.G.B.C.
