I bought obage DT51 last year October and within a year it has stopped working properly and gives out a garbled noise. When I contact their customer service at +[protected], the guy asked me to send the bill and a video recording of the same on WhatsApp on the same number which i did and after that they vanished. Now they don't answer my phone calls or messages and have been ignoring so i need assistance in getting this issue resolved...

I was buy an Obage DT2605 Tower Speakers from Amazon on dated: 04/10/2021. After 4 months o[censored]se the speaker are not working well. Distorted sound. I was called the obage customer care no. +91-[protected] on dated:25/02/2022. My complaint Number is GJ220307PC0004. They told me to send video of product on whatsapp and then ask for visit charge of Rs.177. i was paid them Rs.177 and they send some parts(ic) on courior which i was received on...
